General Santos City— Setting a new standard in specialized wound management and orthopedic support, General Santos Doctors Hospital (GSDH) proudly announces the inauguration of the GSDH Orthopedic and Advanced Wound Care Center, yesterday, February 24, 2026— the first and only comprehensive facility of its kind in General Santos City.

The Center focuses on treating complex and non-healing wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers (bed sores), venous stasis ulcers, non-healing surgical wounds, and infected wounds, conditions that, if left untreated, may lead to serious complications.

Standard wound management treatments are covered under PhilHealth benefits, making essential care more affordable and accessible to those who need it most.
