Cause this burden and trauma end with me.

I used to wonder why my kids weren’t as “mature” as I was at their age.
Why they weren’t more independent.
Why they didn’t carry the same weight I did.
Why they’re so carefree… so light.

And then it hit me—
That’s the point.

I carried burdens I never should’ve.
I understood too much, too soon.
I walked on eggshells, read rooms like a weather report,
and learned to survive… not play.

But my children?
They splash in sprinklers.
They laugh with their whole belly.
They fall asleep safe and soft—without fear.
Because I broke the cycle.

They get to be kids.
They get to live the childhood I dreamed of.
And every silly giggle, every muddy mess, every unbothered breath they take—
is proof of the healing that began with me.

Let them be little.
Let them be wild.
Let them be free.

Because that is what generational healing looks like.

Ikaw alam mo bang nasa panaginip ka ?

Lagi akong nananaginip na nakatingin ako sa salamin, Pero alam ko na nananaginip ako. At first, nakakagulat siya. Pero habang tumatagal, narealize ko na may mensahe pala ito. Sa spiritual at folklore beliefs, lalo na sa ating mga Pinoy, ang salamin sa panaginip ay parang portal hindi lang sa ibang mundo, kundi papunta sa totoong sarili mo.

Kapag aware ka habang nananaginip, lalo na kapag tumitingin ka sa salamin, it means gising na ang consciousness mo. Pwedeng may gustong ipakita sa’yo ang spirit guides mo, or baka ikaw na mismo ang naghahanap ng deeper truth sa sarili mo. Minsan, sinasabi rin na kapag nangyari ito, ang higher self mo or isang kaluluwa ay gustong makipag-usap o magparamdam. Hindi ito nakakatakot actually, it’s a wake-up call from the soul.

Kung ganito rin ang experience mo, don’t ignore it. Pagkagising mo, maghilamos gamit ang tubig na may konting asin at magdasal ng protection. Pero higit sa lahat, makinig ka. Baka ito na yung sign na kailangan mo para mas makilala pa ang sarili mo sa katawan, sa spirit and soul.
