As a way of sending gratitude, we are launching our program (limited time, up until this post is open and seen) of 1 hour Brief Counseling session (online). This is designed for solution focused issues (e.g. anger managment, emotion regulation issues, difficulty sleeping) and is not an alternative for the usual therapy.
