Did you know that gloomy weather can contribute to low mood, unproductivity, and poor energy levels?

According to studies (Spasova, 2011; Brazienė et al., 2022), the weather has a significant impact on our mental health. This means that bad and unstable weather can result in higher risk of depression, lower mood, and emotional instability.
