PUBLIC ADVISORY: HAZE EPISODES IN MANILA
As haze continues to affect our environment, let’s prioritize our health and the safety of our communities. Fine particles from smoke and pollution can impact our lungs, heart, and overall well-being—making prevention more important than ever.
Simple steps can make a big difference:
✔️ Wear a well-fitting mask
✔️ Stay indoors as much as possible
✔️ Keep indoor air clean
✔️ Stay hydrated
✔️ Stay updated with local advisories
Be mindful of symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath, and eye irritation. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
Together, let’s care for one another—because protecting yourself means protecting others.

We are truly honored and delighted to welcome the National President of the Philippine Nurses Association, Mr. Gian Carlo Torres, together with Vice President Ms. Jannice Ann Bunsoy, to VRP Medical Center.

Guided by our commitment to Alagang VRP, we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from your inspiring ONE PNA Project and the plans and programs you shared for our nursing community. This meaningful visit marks the first time VRP has been visited by a PNA President.

They were warmly welcomed by VRP’s Chief Nursing Officer, Maria Agnes A. Sariego, Assistant Chief Nurses Ms. Wilma Lotoc and Ms. Lea Trasmano, and the Dean of the College of Nursing of Our Lady of Guadalupe Colleges, Dean Maricel Agpalza.
