A 53/M came in to the clinic with classic symptoms of diabetes (frequent urination, thirst, hunger, and weight loss).

‘Diabetes education 101’ was imparted to the patient and was started on once a day insulin along with oral meds.
4 Dapat Laban sa Diabetes tips was also instructed to the patient.

On his 3rd follow up (today), no more symptoms of diabetes and his hba1c showed a very well controlled sugar.
