CALLING ALL BLOOD DONORS.

Donors qualification;

1.Must be 16 to 60 years old.(Those who are 16 to 17 years old must have a written consent from a parent or guardian)
2.Must weigh at least 50 kilograms or 110 pounds
3. Must have at least 8 hours of sleep the night before
4.Must have no alcohol intake in the last 24 hours and
5. Must have eaten before donating but without fatty food intake.

Maayong hapon, ang atung Health Station gadawat gihapon ug PhilHealth Registration alang atong mga wala pay philhealth.

Mga kinahanglanon na papeles.

1. para sa magpa membro: Birth Certificate or any valid ID

2. Para sa dependent: Birth certificate sa mga anak, ug marriage certificate ug minyo.

PS. ug wala ka ana na mga document adto lang sa Health Center arun matabangan ka 😉.
