👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ Paalala mula sa City Health Office — mag-ingat at sundin ang mga sumusunod na hakbang upang makaiwas sa sakit:
🌡️ Iwasang makihalubilo sa mga taong may ubo, sipon o lagnat
😷 Magsuot ng face mask kung may sintomas
🧼 Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig
💧 Uminom ng maraming tubig at magpahinga nang sapat
🏫 Huwag papasukin sa paaralan ang mga batang may lagnat at ubo o sipon

🏥 Bukas ang lahat ng Rural Health Units (RHUs) at Health Centers sa Lungsod ng San Fernando upang magbigay ng konsultasyon at tulong medikal para sa mga may sintomas ng trangkaso at iba pang karamdaman.
