Our Office of Guidance and Testing Center is now opening the College Admission Test for Transferees and Freshmen this A.Y 2024-2025 and A.Y 2025-2026. The following schedule is listed below:

• Two (2) copies of I.D. picture (2x2 in size with white background)
• Photocopy of Form-138 or Report Card of Grade 12 (at least 2nd quarter) or Transcript of Records (TOR)
Note: Submit additional documents during enrolment:
• Original Report Card (with complete grades)
• PSA Birth Certificate (2 photocopies)
• Good Moral Certificate – if applicable (2 photocopies)
• X-ray Result
• 1 pc. of Long Brown and White Envelope
• For International Students: Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Study Permit.

• The Philippine Rehabilitation Institute Foundation, Inc. is in a cashless basis, meaning we do not accept cash. The mode of payment is through bank transfer or via Gcash.

On behalf of the 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐑𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated and hardworking Psychology student interns from DHVSU. From the very first day you walked into our office on September 17, you brought with you a fresh sense of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism that made a lasting impact on all of us.

Your time with us officially came to a close on December 6, but the memories you've created and the contributions you've made will remain with us for a long time. You’ve been so much more than interns; you’ve become part of our PRI family.

Throughout your time here, we witnessed your dedication to helping our students, whether through providing guidance, offering support, or simply lending a listening ear. You played a crucial role in assisting the Guidance Department in carrying out its mission, and we are truly grateful for your help. Your patience, understanding, and ability to connect with the students have made a significant difference in their lives. You were always there to help them navigate their challenges, offering a compassionate presence that did not go unnoticed.

But beyond your professional work, it is the laughter and joy you brought to the faculty room that we will remember most. There was never a dull moment when you were around. Your vibrant personalities and positive energy lit up our workplace and created an atmosphere of camaraderie and warmth. You’ve truly become a part of the fabric of PRI College of Sciences, and for that, we thank you.

In many Filipino public and private schools, there is a common belief that the Guidance Office is just for students who are in trouble. This view is misleading because the Guidance Office is actually a place that supports all students in different ways. Guidance counselors are there to help with many things, not just discipline. They offer emotional support, help with academic goals, and assist in planning for future careers. They create a safe space where students can talk about their problems, whether it's stress, anxiety, or family issues. This helps prevent bigger issues later on.

The Guidance Office also helps students succeed in school by giving advice on study habits, time management, and choosing the right courses. They provide information about colleges and scholarships too. Counselors also guide students in career options and preparing for the workforce. They hold workshops on important topics like bullying prevention and effective communication, making the school a more positive place. To change the belief that the Guidance Office is only for problematic students, schools need to educate everyone about the true role of the office. They can do this by sharing success stories and involving parents and students in discussions. The Guidance Office is not just about discipline; it's a key part of helping students grow and succeed in many areas of their lives.

The session will be around 10-15 minutes and if you have class during this time we will be providing you an excuse letter and a guidance slip.

📌Qualification:
1. All PRI students who are officially enrolled for the Academic Year 2024-2025 in their first undergraduate degree program. (Second Courser are not qualified);
2. Not an existing TES and TDP grantee;
3. Not an existing CHED Merit Scholar;
4. Not a recipient of any other government-funded scholarship of grant.

How are you all doing after taking your midterm examination yesterday? We hope you are feeling confident and proud of your hard work so far.

Remember, there are still a few days left to perform well. Keep on pushing and moving forward. Don't forget to take breaks, stay hydrated, and get enough rest to keep your energy up. Every question is a step closer to your goal. Stay focused, stay strong, and finish strong. The finish line is in sight!

Dear PRIans,

Upon reviewing the test materials, we have noticed that some of the examinees has written in the 𝑻𝑬𝑺𝑻 𝑩𝑶𝑶𝑲 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝑨𝑻𝑨. As previously emphasized during the administration, we would like to reiterate that 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. We kindly ask everyone to adhere to the instructions and maintain the integrity of the testing process. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring that the exam runs smoothly and fairly for all examinees.
