Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital held its Annual Flu Vaccination for Employees on July 8-10, 2025, at the PMSH Multi-Purpose Hall. This health initiative benefited almost 600 employees, helping to protect our workforce against the flu virus.
As part of our commitment to employee well-being, Vitamin C & Paracetamol were provided as complimentary kits to all participants after receiving their flu shots.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the
PMSH Board of Directors and Management for their continuous support in making this important health initiative possible.

Pampanga Medical Specialist Hospital conducted a Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) Seminar at the PMSH Multi Purpose Hall on July 9, 2025. The seminar was facilitated by Mr. Randy Gueco, our certified Safety Officer 3, who provided an informative and engaging lecture on workplace safety, hazard prevention, and health protocols.
The seminar aimed to raise awareness among hospital staff about the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. Participants gained valuable knowledge on safety standards, emergency preparedness, and best practices to ensure the well-being of both employees and patients.
PMSH remains committed to promoting safe workplace and encouraging ongoing education in occupational health & safety.

The Human Resources Section, under the leadership of HR Training Officer Mr. Gilberto Factora, successfully held a Customer Service Seminar-Workshop titled "Compassion in Action: Delivering Excellence Together" on June 25, 2025.
The seminar aimed to reinforce key values such as empathy, collaboration, and service excellence among our staff. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants were encouraged to embrace compassion in their daily interactions and recognize the vital role of teamwork in providing outstanding customer service.
We extend our gratitude to all who participated and continue to uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality care and service to our clients.
