We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist who demonstrates leadership potential and commitment to excellence in patient care. The successful applicant will undergo initial clinical responsibilities, with a clear career progression to Chief Physical Therapist, overseeing the therapy team and clinical operations.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Preferably with previous experience as a Chief Physical Therapist or in a supervisory role
- Has undergone teaching/mentorship seminars and is prepared to mentor interns and junior staff
- Attended specialized training/seminars such as Dry Needling (or other advanced PT techniques)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Must undergo training during the transition period to Chief PT role
