Apil na vitamins, herbal, ug maintenance medicines.

3️⃣ Ihatag ang hustong impormasyon sa imong sakit.
Pananglitan: kanus-a nagsugod ang sakit, unsa kadugay, ug unsa ang makapasamot o makapahupay niini.

❌ Sayop: dili pagsulti sa tanan nga sintomas.
Usahay ang pasyente magpugong og impormasyon nga importante sa diagnosis.

❌ Sayop: pag-self diagnose o pag-Google sa sakit.
Mas maayo nga maminaw sa tambag sa doktor kay sila adunay hustong medical training.

1️⃣ Kalibanga (Diarrhea)
Usa sa pinaka common nga sakit tungod sa mikrobyo nga mosulod sa lawas pinaagi sa hugaw nga kamot.

2️⃣ Typhoid Fever (Tifoid)
Mahitabo kung makakaon og pagkaon nga naay bakterya gikan sa hugaw nga kamot.

3️⃣ Hepatitis A
Virus nga makadaot sa atay ug kasagaran makuha gikan sa kontaminadong pagkaon o tubig.

4️⃣ Intestinal Worms (Bulate sa tiyan)
Mahitabo kung ang itlog sa bulate mosulod sa lawas pinaagi sa kamot nga hugaw.

5️⃣ Sip-on ug Ubo (Respiratory infections)
Ang mikrobyo mahimong mosulod sa ilong o baba kung maghikap sa nawong gamit hugaw nga kamot.

6️⃣ Eye Infections (Sore eyes / conjunctivitis)
Mahitabo kung mahikap ang mata gamit hugaw nga kamot.

7️⃣ Food Poisoning

✅ 4. Manghugas ug kamot human magdula sa gawas.
Daghang mikrobyo gikan sa yuta, dulaan, ug palibot.

✅ 5. 20 segundos nga paghugas mas epektibo.
Siguroa nga limpyo ang palad, likod sa kamot, ug taliwala sa tudlo.
