PANOORIN: Nagwagi ng 1st Place ang entry ng ika-4 na Distrito sa Sign Language Song Interpretation Contest sa nakalipas na provincial celebration ng National Disability Rights Week 2025.

Ang ating team ay binubuo ng 5 kalahok mula Gumaca na sina Nicole, Jeankert at sir Haven, Ayesha mula sa Lopez, at Josh mula naman sa Quezon. Ang nakasama ng PDAO Head na performers ay kabilang sa Deaf community at pinatunayan na kayang-kaya nilang makipagsabayan sa iba. Bagama't 3 oras lamang ang naging practice ng ating team, nagbunga pa rin ito ng matamis na tagumpay.

Pasasalamat po sa mga bayang nakiisa upang makabuo ng entry ang 4th District.

PANOORIN: Champion ang entry ng PDAO Gumaca sa Abilidad Ko, i-Vlog Mo sa provincial celebration ng National Disability Rights Week 2025.

Ang video na ito ay naglalayon na ipakita ang ilan sa ating mga determinadong myembro ng ating kumunidad. Sina Gelo, Nicole, Jeankert, Benzon, kasama at gabay ang head ng PDAO Gumaca ay tinahi ang kanilang mga kanya-kanyang kwento sa maiksing vlog upang mapalaganap ang puso ng bawat Gumaqueño, na sa kabila ng iba't ibang hamon, nagpapatuloy para maging mas makabuluhan ang bawat role nila sa buhay at upang ma-inspire rin ang iba.

Lahat ng ito'y ating ginagawa dahil at para sa inklusibong Pilipinas. 🙂🇵🇭

PABATID: Ang mga staff members po ng aming tanggapan po ay dadalo bukas upang umalalay sa mga participants ng provincial celebration ng National Disability Rights Week sa Quezon Convention Center sa Lucena City. Para po sa mga special concerns ay maaari po kayong magmensahe sa page na ito.

Mayroon naman pong pansamantalang tatao sa aming opisina na staff ng MSWD.

“I AM: People With Determination”

Si mang Jorge ay isa sa ating mga community members at para sa inisyatibong ito ng PDAO Gumaca, atin syang kilalanin!

ANO ANG ISA SA PINAKA HINDI MO MALILIMUTANG KARANASAN SA BUHAY?

“Ang pinakahindi ko malilimutang karanasan ay ‘yong ma-stroke ako. Nawala na ang pangarap ko halos hindi na ako lumabas ng bahay nung time na iyon. Masyado ako nag-isip pero mali pala. Dapat ipagpasalamat ko na nabigyan ako ng second chance na lumaban.”

ANO ANG PINAGKAKA-ABALAHAN MO NGAYON?

“Sa awa ng Panginoon, ang trabaho ko ngayon ay tricyle driver at nakakagawa ako ng gawaing bahay dahil patuloy akong lumalaban.”

MENSAHE MO SA KAPWA:

“Ang masasabi ko sa katulad kong PWD, laban lang. Ipagpatuloy lang ang buhay. Always think positive at wag tayong papaapekto sa sakit at kapansanan. Ituloy pa rin ang pangarap. Gumawa ng mabuti at higit sa lahat huwag makakalimot manalangin sa ating Dios.”

Dahil , patuloy nating bibigyang espasyo ang ating mga community members, 1 PHOTO and 1 STORY at a time.
