Ngayong taon ang tema ng Dental Health Month ay “ BRUSHING IS A MUST KAHIT NAKA MASK” , Hindi porket naka mask ay hindi masisilip. Essential talaga ang pagsuot ng mask sa panahong ito ngunit kahit nakatakip ang bibig at walang masisilip, patuloy pa rin natin ang nakaugaliang tamang pangangalaga ng ngipin at bibig.

Ito po ang mga simple reminders :
Proper tooth brushing
Pagamit ng toothpaste n may fluoride
Gumamit ng dental Floss
Iwas matatamis
Pag inom ng sapat na tubig
Pagkain ng masusustansyang pagkain
Pagbisita sa dentist every 6 months
