Today, we just celebrated these differences and
we are so grateful to all who made Run For Inclusivity a success. 🏃

First of all, we thank you dear Lord for the good weather.

Thank you to all the participants who woke up early to run with us and spent their money to register for this cause.

Thank you also LGU-Hinatuan and RHU-Hinatuan for your support and for ensuring our safety.

To the parents of Children with Special Needs, thank you for showing up and for running for your kids.

And most of all, daghang salamat HSCES-SNED teachers and co-teachers for this initiative, for your extra efforts and support to our kids making Valentine’s Day 2026 extra special for our children with special needs.

Indeed, our unity is our strength and our diversity is our power. We are in this together. 💪🏻

3 years ago, our eldest son, Egy was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 2 without Mental Retardation. As first time parents, it was truly hard to accept the diagnosis but with faith and prayers, we eventually had the courage to face it with patience and understanding.

It is not easy to raise a child with Autism Spectrum because their brain works differently. Depending on the spectrum, most of them are inherently intelligent, they are good in identification, in reading and are very talented too.
However, their brains do not work so well in communication and socialization, that is why they are often mislabelled as weirdo because do not know how to express their selves clearly.
These children with special needs need Occupational therapy, Behavioral therapy and Speech therapy to cope up and survive the demands of the world and those therapies are paid per hour.
Parents pay a high cost for therapies and evaluations and we can’t deny the fact that it hurts us when our ausome kids are mislabelled, mistreated and or bullied.

It takes a village to raise a kid. We are already fighting silent battles. What we are hoping is for our community in the Municipality of Hinatuan to be able to provide our children with special needs an environment of safety and acceptance where they can thrive, they are supported and they are not hurt so that they can happily live their innocent lives worthwhile in their own special ways.
We also hope that parents with neurotypical kids will teach their children to be kind to neurodiverse kids like ours. 🙏🏻🫶

In view of this, we would like to raise awareness and RUN FOR INCLUSIVITY.

Inclusivity means the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those having physical or intellectual disabilities or belonging to other minority groups.

Your every steps during the run help raise awareness and support for Autism and Down Syndrome Programs.

In view of this, the Pandili Doctors Family Clinic would like to offer FREE slots to those who would like to join the Run on February 14, 2026 (Saturday) @ 4:30AM to 6:00AM in Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

Thank you, Lord for your mercy and grace.

No matter how hard we worked for it, God is the one who allowed us to have it.

We showed up. We tried. We did our part. But effort alone doesn’t open doors—God does. Hard work is important, but it can never be greater than God’s will.

There are people who work just as hard and still don’t get the same results. That’s why we stay humble. That’s why we stay thankful.

What we have today isn’t just the result of long nights and discipline. It’s the result of grace we didn’t earn and timing we couldn’t control.

It wasn’t just the grind.
It was grace.
God’s grace will take you further than hustling alone ever could.

A gentle reminder to not drink alcholic drinks and drive.
Halos kada bulan dinhi sa Hinatuan, naa gyud ma refer sa dagko nga mga hospital tungod kay nadisgrasya ug motor.
Ang kasagaran hinungdan, nakainom.
Ang kasagaran nga maangol, kanang nalamba ang ulo nga wala nag helmet.

Naa na daw moy baydan sa hospital kung tinuyuan inyong pagka disgrasya. Dili namo maka avail sa “No Balance Billing Policy” maskin pa sa government nga hospital mo nagpatambal.
This policy is not for us but for you because prevention is always better than cure. This is to protect your life and the life of others kay sadly, naa uban mga civilian madamay tungod kay hubog mo or siguro under sa influence sa druga while ga drive.

Life is fleeting and very short.
Let us be responsible with our lives because we only live once.
