🩹Some wounds are not visible and time can't erase them.

Emotional abuse may shatter the self-worth and mental health of the survivors of gender-based violence who are exposed to humiliation, threats and controlling behaviours.

Also, they have medically unexplained complaints and may become:

🔸4.5 times more likely to attempt su***de
🔸2 times more likely to experience depression
🔸more likely to suffer from substance use

Psychological support and mental health services should be accessible for women and girls who experience .

PRESENT WEATHER: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "VERBENA" was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Talisay, Cebu (10.3°N, 123.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Northern Luzon.

FORECAST 12-HOUR RAINFALL:
MODERATE TO INTENSE RAINS

WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED: Rivers and its tributaries in Negros Occidental particularly Malogo, Sicaba, Grande, Himogaan, Danao, Upper Tabanan, Sipalay, and lower Ilog.
