🌧️ TAG-ULAN = SAKIT SEASON! 🤒
Kapag inuubo, sinisipon o nilalagnat, heto ang mga over-the-counter (OTC) na gamot na puwedeng inumin:

✅ Para sa Sipon at Baradong Ilong
• Phenylephrine (ex: Neozep, Bioflu) – pampaluwag ng baradong ilong
• Chlorphenamine Maleate (ex: Bioflu, Neozep) – antihistamine, pampabawas ng sipon

✅ Para sa Ubo
• Carbocisteine (ex: Solmux) – para sa ubo na may plema
• Dextromethorphan (ex: Robitussin DM, Tuseran Forte) – para sa tuyong ubo
• Lagundi (Vitex negundo) (ex: Ascof Lagundi) – herbal remedy sa ubo

✅ Para sa Lagnat at Pananakit ng Katawan
• Paracetamol (ex: Biogesic, Tempra, Calpol) – para sa lagnat at sakit ng katawan
• Ibuprofen (ex: Advil, Medicol Advance) – para sa mas malakas na pananakit o kasabay na pamamaga

✅ Para sa Sakit ng Lalamunan
• Benzocaine lozenges (ex: Strepsils, Difflam lozenges)
• Bactidol (Hexetidine) – mouthwash para sa sore throat

✅ Para sa Trangkaso / Flu-like Symptoms
• Combination meds (ex: Bioflu, Tuseran Forte, Neozep Forte) – may paracetamol + phenylephrine + chlorphenamine para all-in-one relief

Tandaan:
• Basahin ang label at iwasan ang overdose, lalo kung may ibang iniinom na gamot.
• Kung may hika, high blood, o buntis, kumonsulta muna sa doktor bago uminom ng kahit anong OTC meds.
• Kung tumagal ang sintomas ng mahigit 3 araw o lumala, magpatingin na sa health center o doktor.
