Due to the recent impact of Tropical Storm Basyang here in Iligan City, our clinic and several of our team members were heavily affected by flooding, which caused delays in finalizing patient schedules. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

This week will be dedicated to finalizing and confirming schedules and evaluations on Hold Until Further Notice

While we were initially set to begin evaluations earlier, the schedule needs to be moved to ensure the safety and readiness of our patients, families, and staff.

Last January 26, 2026, we conducted a Discovery Meeting for the development of ICAANโ€™s Individualized Education Program (IEP) Framework, together with Ms. Shendee T. Vergara, MaSpEd, LPT.

This meeting marked an important step in shaping an evidence-informed, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive IEP framework. Designed to support children with diverse learning and developmental needs through individualized, goal-oriented planning.

The discussion focused on aligning educational strategies with neurodevelopmental principles, ethical practice, and functional outcomes, ensuring that ICAANโ€™s programs remain child-centered and responsive.

We look forward to translating these insights into meaningful programs that support lifelong learning and development.

At ICAAN โ€“ EPH Neurodiversity Clinic, we are preparing to open our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy services as part of our integrated neurodevelopmental care.

Our ABA program is being developed with a strong focus on:
โœ” Evidence-based practice
โœ” Proper training and supervision
โœ” Ethical, child-centered care
โœ” Integration with other therapies and supports

We believe ABA is most effective when it is guided, closely monitored, and aligned with each individualโ€™s overall development
not used in isolation.
