📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: PhilHealth YAKAP Registration Now Open!

​The Brgy. Health Center Luinab is pleased to announce that we are now ready to assist residents with their PhilHealth YAKAP Registration.

​If you need help securing your PhilHealth Yakap benefits and registration, please visit us during the designated schedule:

​📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday
🕒 Time: Starting at 1:30 PM
​📋 Requirements to Bring:
​To ensure a smooth and successful registration, please bring the following:

​1 Valid ID (Original and Photocopy)
​Smartphone (For active email and cellphone number confirmation)

​To make the process much faster, please download and install the eGovPH App on your device before coming to the Health Center.

Methods to Register for PhilHealth YAKAP:

eGovPH App: Download the app, register, select "PhilHealth Services," and click "YAKAP Registration" to select your preferred clinic.

PhilHealth Member Portal: Log in to the official portal to choose a YAKAP-accredited clinic as your primary provider.

Walk-in at YAKAP Clinic: Visit any accredited YAKAP Clinic to register in person.
Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO): Register or transfer your clinic assignment through any PhilHealth office.

Key Requirements & Information:
PIN: A PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) is required.
Clinic Selection: You must select a specific accredited clinic (primary care provider) for the program.
First Patient Encounter (FPE): Once registered, schedule an initial consultation for a health assessment.

Regular services in Barangay Health Center will resume on Monday, March 9, 2026 .

City Health Office – Iligan
In line with the observance of International Women’s Day and the declaration of March 6, 2026 as Women’s Free Day in Iligan City pursuant to City Ordinance No. 26-7769 and Memorandum Order No. 49, s. 2026, the City Health Office (CHO) will implement a special service schedule for March 6, 2026 to ensure the continued delivery of essential health services to the public.

🔹 Available Services on March 6, 2026:
At TTMF Building inside Carpool & PSD Compound near Provincial COA building at Del Carmen: - Animal Bite Services (2nd dose and follow-up vaccinations only)
(First Dose Animal Bite Vaccination are advised to return on Monday, March 9, 2026). - Social Hygiene Services (Testing services only)
