We celebrated our 10th Anniversary with a tribute to 32 Aftercare Program graduates, symbols of resilience and transformation. The day began with a solemn Mass and blessing by Rev. Fr. Andres A. Tampos, grounding us in gratitude.

This milestone was built on the visionary leadership of our late Center Chief, Dr. Ray P. Sagge. His dedication laid the foundation for the healing and unity we continue to uphold. We honor his legacy and commit to carrying it forwardโ€”with compassion, purpose, and unwavering service.

As part of the celebration, plaques of appreciation were presented to our esteemed partner stakeholders whose unwavering support has shaped our journey. We also honored our dedicated personnel who have served with compassion and commitment for more than half of ICDTRCโ€™s founding years.

The celebration was graced by our inpatients, Facility-based Outpatients (FABO), and ACP clients, who shared their talents through inspiring intermission numbers that echoed hope and unity.

Together, we continue to build a community where recovery is honored, service is celebrated, and healing is a lifelong process.

In celebration of ICDTRCโ€™s 10th founding anniversary, the Sportsfest held on August 12โ€“15, 2025 brought together a dynamic mix of inpatients, Facility-Based Outpatients (FABO), Aftercare Program (ACP) clients and dedicated personnel in a spirited showcase of teamwork, resilience, and joy. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’ช

From basketball and board games to relays and cheering squads, every match was more than just a competitionโ€”it was a celebration of recovery, connection, and shared strength. The event highlighted how sports can uplift, empower, and unite individuals on their journey toward healing.

We respectfully inform the community that the late ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฒ ๐. ๐’๐š๐ ๐ ๐ž is currently lying in state at St. Peterโ€™s Chapel, Barangay Sta. Filomena, Iligan City. He will remain there for four (4) days, after which he will be transported to his hometown in Iloilo for his final repose.

We join his family, friends, and loved ones in honoring his life and legacy. May his memory be a source of comfort and strength to all who knew him.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. Ray P. Sagge, beloved psychiatrist and Center Chief of the Iligan City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (ICDTRC), who departed this life today, August 15, 2025, just one day after celebrating his 64th birthday.

His legacy lives on in every life he touched, every program he nurtured, and every person he empowered. We honor his memory not only with grief, but with gratitudeโ€”for his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment to healing.
