Today, we bid farewell to Dr. Ray P. Sagge—a healer, mentor, and a man whose heart beat for the recovery and dignity of others. As Center Chief of the Iligan City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, he dedicated his life to giving hope where there was despair, and light where there was darkness.
Dr. Sagge left us just one day after celebrating his 64th birthday—a reminder that life is fleeting, but impact is lasting. His wisdom, compassion, and courage will forever guide those of us who continue the work he started.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. Ray P. Sagge, beloved psychiatrist and Center Chief of the Iligan City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (ICDTRC), who departed this life today, August 15, 2025, just one day after celebrating his 64th birthday.
