On November 14, 2025, the Week of Prayer for AMCI workers continued with an inspiring session led by Pastor EC Jovyn Jimenez, Head Chaplain of AMC-Valencia, under the theme: "Growing Together in God's Mission."

The 9th session, titled "Faithful Unto Death: Mission that Never Sinks," reflected on unwavering commitment in service. Pastor Jovyn highlighted three powerful examples:

Desmond Doss from Hacksaw Ridge, who saved 75 lives without wielding a weapon.

The soldiers in Saving Private Ryan, who risked lives for one comrade, though many were lost in the process.

Jesus Christ, who gave His life to save all humanity.

His message reminds us that true mission requires faith, courage, and selfless devotion, anchored in God’s purpose.

📖 Reflection:
"Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life." – Revelation 2:10

85 Bags of Lifesaving Blood Collected! ❤️‍🩹
On November 13, 2025, AMCI—together with the Philippine Red Cross Iligan Chapter—successfully conducted its blood letting activity themed “Saving Lives Together.”

A total of 99 volunteer donors came forward, giving 85 bags of blood that will help save countless lives in our community. Your generosity brings hope, healing, and second chances to those who need it most.

As the Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:27,
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.”

Thank you, dear donors, for choosing to act — for choosing to give.
Together, we save lives. Together, we care. ❤️

🌿 AMCI Week of Prayer 2025 – Session 5 Reflection 🌿

On November 12, 2025, the Week of Prayer for AMCI workers continued with another spirit-filled message from Pastor EC Jovyn Jimenez, Head Chaplain of AMC–Valencia.

Under the theme “Growing Together in God’s Mission,” the session focused on “God’s Way of Growing His People.” Pastor Jimenez reminded everyone that true growth begins not in chasing blessings, but in seeking God Himself — for when our hearts are set on Him, “all these things will follow.”

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” – Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

May every AMCI worker continue to grow in grace, keeping their eyes fixed on the Giver rather than the gifts, walking faithfully in God’s mission. 💚

🌿 AMCI Week of Prayer 2025 – Session 3 Reflection 🌿

On November 11, 2025, Adventist Medical Center – Iligan continued its Week of Prayer for workers with an inspiring message from Pastor EC Jovyn Jimenez, Head Chaplain of AMC–Valencia.

With the theme “Growing Together in God’s Mission,” the third session focused on “God’s Way of Growing His People.” Pastor Jimenez reminded everyone to rest first in the wonderful promises of God—for it is in resting that we find renewal—and then to walk with God even in times of struggle, trusting that every trial strengthens our faith and shapes our character for His mission.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28 (NIV)

May every AMCI worker continue to grow in faith, anchored in God’s promises and empowered to walk boldly in His mission. 💚

🌿 AMCI Week of Prayer 2025 Begins 🌿
On November 10, 2025, Adventist Medical Center – Iligan joyfully opened its Week of Prayer for workers, setting hearts ablaze with the theme: “Growing Together in God’s Mission.”

🌱 Rooted in Christ
📖 Rooted in His Word
🙏 Rooted in Prayer
💖 Rooted for Mission
As one family in faith, AMCI continues to nurture spiritual growth among its workers, recognizing that the strength of its mission comes from deep spiritual roots in Jesus.

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” – Colossians 2:6–7 (NIV)

🌴 AMCI Operations Cluster 2nd Batch Spiritual Retreat 🌊
November 5–6, 2025 | Dakak Resort, Dapitan City

A total of 52 AMCI workers and dependents joined the Operations Cluster Spiritual Retreat held at the breathtaking Dakak Resort. The two-day getaway offered moments of reflection, faith-building, and fun fellowship. 🌅✨

Highlights included a Treasure Hunting activity at Tambulig Water Park, graciously opened for free by our very own Dietary Head, Ms. Mae Flor Cabahug 🙏💙, a visit to the Rizal Shrine, and a joyful evening at Fantasyland! 🎢🎡
