MEMORANDUM
In compliance with Executive Order No. 11, Series of 2026, issued by the City Government of Iligan suspending classes at all levels in both public and private schools from February 9–13, 2026 due to the effects of Tropical Storm Basyang, all Medbay group classes will be suspended during this period.
To ensure continuity of learning, make-up classes will be provided. These will be scheduled directly with your child’s assigned teachers. We kindly request parents to coordinate with them at your earliest convenience to arrange suitable dates and times.
In line with this adjustment, our school calendar will be extended. Instead of ending on March 26, 2026, the school year will now conclude on March 31, 2026. This extension allows us to properly accommodate all make-up sessions while maintaining the quality of our programs.
For families receiving 1:1 intervention services, sessions may continue during this period for those who are able to attend. Please coordinate with the Medbay Admin Office and your child’s therapist or teachers to determine the best possible schedule.
