Please be informed of the Testing, Dissemination of Test Results, Enrolment, and Evaluation Updates for June 17–18, 2025:

✅ No testing for all grade levels due to the scheduled retreat.
✅ Entrance exam results for Grades 1–10 will still be released
✅ Enrolment continues for those who have already taken the exam
✅ Testing, enrolment, and Grade 12 transferee evaluations resume on June 19, 2025

The 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭'𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is now open via your my.SMC portal.

✅Click the 'Grades by School Year' tab in your portal and choose S.Y. 2024-2025, 2nd Semester.
✅Click the view button for each subject and fill out the evaluation form. You only need to evaluate once for each class enrolled.
✅Submit your evaluation for each subject to view your term/final grades.
