Sharing with you the 8 golden rules to keep your kidneys healthy :
1. Eat a healthy diet 🥗
2. Keep fit, be active 🏃‍♀️
3. Check and control your blood sugar 🍭
4. Check and control your blood pressure 🤯
5. Take appropriate fluid intake 💦
6. Don’t smoke 🚭
7. Avoid regular use of OTC anti-inflammatory drugs 💊
8. Get your kidney function checked if you have one or more of the high risk factors 👩🏻‍⚕️

The Uswag Iloilo Dialysis Center joins the PSN WV Panay Chapter in celebrating the World Kidney Day 2024. This year the WKD theme is ‘Kidney Health for All: Advancing equitable access to care and optimal medication practice’.
We conducted a lay forum highlighting the 8 golden rules to achieve healthy kidneys. We also had CKD screening (BP and random blood sugar determination & urinalysis) among our attendees.

We would like to thank our patients and their families, as well as, the community of East Baluarte for gracing our event. We are also grateful to our pharma partners for supporting our advocacy.

Let us all continue to raise awareness of the importance of kidney health and promote ways to prevent kidney diseases.

Mag tumar sng Doxycycline base sa inyo exposure sa baha kag kung may pilas kamo (posted ang dose sa 2nd pic). Mag coordinate sa mga health centers na malapit sa inyo lugar.
