We’re looking for a dynamic SALES SPECIALIST who can DESIGN AND EXECUTE HIGH- IMPACT SALES STRATEGIES—both online and offline—targeted at a global, multicultural market.
Role Overview
You will lead the sales function by developing strategies that capture the attention and trust of users around the world. From digital campaigns to community partnerships and local events, you’ll drive customer acquisition, boost engagement, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* DEVELOP AND EXECUTE GLOBAL SALES STRATEGIES targeting diaspora, international travelers, and other mobile global citizens.
* Drive customer acquisition through DIGITAL CHANNELS including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, affiliate programs, and webinars.
* Build and manage OFFLINE SALES INITIATIVES such as partnerships with diaspora associations, local influencers, cultural events, and in-person activations in key regions.
* Identify and nurture STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP with travel agencies, remittance companies, community organizations, and fintech players.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, offers, and feature promotion with user needs across regions.
* Create and manage a SALES FUNNEL, track KPIs, and continually optimize tactics based on performance data.
Act as the voice of the customer by bringing back market intelligence to the product and leadership teams.
*Represent the company at INTERNATIONAL EXPOSE, COMMUNITY EVENTS, and industry networking opportunities.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in tech, fintech, telecom, or global consumer services.
* Experience designing and executing both digital and in-person sales campaigns.
* Track record of selling to a diverse, multicultural customer base across geographies.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
* Proficient in digital tools (CRM, lead gen tools, email marketing, analytics platforms).
* Self-starter with global awareness and cultural sensitivity.
* Multilingual or experience working in multilingual environments is a big plus.
