In solidarity with the global observance of World TB Day, the FPOP Iloilo Chapter proudly joins the nationwide commitment to end Tuberculosis by 2030. This year’s theme, "Magpasuri, Magpagamot, at Mag-TPTodo para Protektado," reminds us that through collective action, we can protect every Filipino family.

On March 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM, we invite everyone to join the "Light up PH for TB" initiative. Let us illuminate our community to shine a light on early detection, treatment, and prevention.

Together, we can stop the transmission. Let’s light the way to a TB-free Iloilo!

Welcoming our new batch of nursing students as they begin their orientation with Ma’am Mona Liza S. Diones, RMT, Chapter Program Manager!

Today, they learned more about what FPOP Iloilo stands for and how we continuously serve our communities with compassion and commitment.

New Staff Orientation | FPOP

We successfully conducted our New Staff Orientation led by Ma’am Mona Liza S. Diones, RMT, Chapter Program Manager.

The orientation covered important topics including:

✅ By-Laws of FPOP
✅ What is FPOP
✅ Who we are and where FPOP operates
✅ FPOP’s structure and organizational setup

This session helped our new staff gain a clearer understanding of FPOP’s mission, values, and roles in delivering quality programs and services.

FPOP remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting Persons Living with HIV/AIDS through Balay Kaalwan.

FPOP Iloilo’s Balay Kaalwan proudly joined the CSCJ Family Day promoting income-generating projects of FPOP Kabataang Ilonggo and sharing vital information, education, and communication (IEC) on s*xual and reproductive health to help build informed and empowered families.

Together with our partners, we continue to nurture safe spaces for learning, livelihood, and overall family well-being.

Knowledge Is Power: Updates on STI & HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care ⛑️

We successfully conducted an informative lecture on STI and HIV/AIDS updates at the FPOP Iloilo Conference Room, led by Ma’am Mona Liza S. Diones, RMT, our Chapter Program Manager.

We were also honored by the presence of the City Population Office Team, headed by Ma. Cecilia A. Guillergan, Department Head, together with other dedicated Population Officers.

The lecture covered important topics such as:

✅ Cascade of Care
✅ STIs (symptoms and treatment)
✅ HIV/AIDS updates and treatment
✅ HIV Self-Testing
✅ PrEP for combination prevention
✅ HIV 101

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to meaningful discussions. Together, we continue to promote awareness, prevention, and proper care for a healthier community. 💙
