In light of Iloilo City’s first confirmed monkeypox (MPOX) case on May 28, 2025, Hua Siong College of Iloilo, in adherence to the advisory from the Iloilo City Health Office, reminds everyone to observe the following precautions:

🦠 General: Practice good hygiene, including regular handwashing and covering your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Avoid close contact with individuals showing symptoms.
🏠 At Home: Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly. If anyone at home shows symptoms, isolate them and seek medical guidance.
🏫 In School:
-Maintain a clean and safe environment in classrooms and common areas.
-Promptly report any symptoms to the School Clinic.
-Adhere to health and safety protocols, including mask-wearing and physical distancing as needed.
