Empowering healthcare teams with lifesaving skills. โค๏ธโ›‘๏ธ

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Training was conducted on May 16, 2026, at the APMCI Auditorium, with participants from the Nursing Service Division, Pathology, and Administrative Department. The training was facilitated by Department of Health-trained BLS and SFA Instructors under the Hospital Management Office of the Province of Iloilo, aimed at enhancing lifesaving skills, teamwork, and emergency preparedness among healthcare personnel.

Nataray, MPM, Section Head, Infectious Disease Prevention and Control, DOH-CHD VI as guest speaker.

Under the leadership of Perinatal Nurse Supervisor Josephine Fuentes, LR head nurse Sheila Patrona and DR OIC Headnurse Bona Fe Badiango, the program takled important details on battling malaria and the current status of malaria cases in the country.

Attendees from different divisions of the hospital and affiliates participated with enthusiasm until the end of the event.
