Just finished an intensive week of learning at the Craniosacral Therapy CS1 & CS2 Seminar with Thrive-X — a week of deep learning, connection, and discovering the power of gentle healing.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch, hands-on technique that works with the body’s natural rhythms to relieve tension, pain, and dysfunction — especially in the nervous system. It’s subtle, but incredibly powerful.

CST will be making its way to COREHAB Physical Therapy soon, and we can’t wait for you to experience it.
