CLINIC RULES:
1. We want to secure everybodies safety KINDLY CALL for appointment monday to saturday 9AM to 3pm.
2. TELECONSULT for old patients with difficulty in going to the clinic are set after clinic hours. Appointment should be arranged with our secretary so we can retrieve your records
3. REFILL of prescriptions are accepted if reasons are valid and we have seen patient within a year.
4. When setting an appointment, our secretary will be asking some important questions. Feel free to mention your symptoms especially pertaining to covid so we can give advice and help facilitate your treatment.
5. For emergency situation please proceed to the emergency room. DO NOT wait for clinic time.
6. Once you have an appointment, our secretary will forward your name to the MAB triage. Certain number of patients will be allowed to go up at a time to avoid congestion.
7. Inquiries through messenger are often times answered late or missed, better coordinate at the clinic.
8. For medical / cardiac clearance, patient should be physicalky present.
