Can you go from Unhealthy to Healthy?
You can go from unhealthy to healthy in a lot of different ways. It usually just takes some time and effort, but you can do it!
First, try to stay away from the foods that you know are bad for your health. If you eat too much of a certain food, then you'll end up eating less of it in the future because you don't want to feel sick after eating it.
Next, find out what kind of exercise is best for you. For example, if running is something that works best for your body type and schedule, then start running instead of doing other things like lifting weights or playing basketball. This way your body will get used to exercising with less intensity so that when you decide to start lifting weights again—or play basketball—your body will be ready!
Finally: be patient! Don't expect to change overnight. It's going to take some time before all of this becomes second nature for you—but once it does? You'll never want anything else in life!
