To those who would love to experience the first ever Sound Bath in Iloilo, today is your chance ✨

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience guided by a professionally trained practitioner, OMNEI.FM, that utilizes musical instruments to allow for deep meditative practice and relaxation of the mind and body.

Sound Baths are a great solution for those new to meditation and/or those who are unable to physically practice yoga, as it gives them an opportunity to practice mindfulness by simply laying down and listening to the performance of the instruments.

It’s a great wellness practice to boost inspiration and efficiency in the workplace and in everyday living
