FPOP Community Health Care Birthing Center and Laboratory, Inc. FPOP is a Non-stock, Non-profit, Non-Government Organization actively serving the poor, marginalized The Family Planning Organization of the Philippines, Inc.

(FPOP) is a non-stock, non-profit, volunteer organization that promotes quality of life by increasing awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and providing access to reproductive health (RH) care services to Filipinos especially the poor, marginalized, socially excluded and underserved (PMSEU). It operates by conducting information and education campaigns (IEC), delivering RH care services, and advocating for policy reforms.

Our Story


  • Access to information and services. All people, especially the poor, marginalized socially excluded and underserved (PMSEU), are able to recognize their rights, make free and informed choices about their sexual and reproductive health (SRH), and have access to SRHR information and quality services including family planning.

  • Adolescents/young people. All young people (10-24 years old) are aware of their sexual and reproductive rights, are empowered to make informed decisions and responsible choices regarding their sexual and reproductive health and well-being, and are able to act on them.

  • HIV and AIDS. All people, especially those who are at risk, are aware of the dangers of HIV and AIDS and have access to quality services related to prevention and care of people living with HIV and AIDS (PLHA).

  • Prevention of Abortion. All people are able to recognize abortion as a public health issue and have access to information and quality services that will reduce and prevent the incidence of abortion nationwide.
