Siddhi-activation at Muladhara chakra

The Muladhara chakra is the root and foundational chakra that houses the three major nadis and the Kundalini shakti. It's a very powerful energy hub but most of that energy remains dormant. This class will employ protocols developed by the ancients in awakening these dormant energies. Come join me for a 75-min class and explore the hidden powers inherent in all of us.

Hey mom! You deserve some self love ❤️ You're invited to a special event this month.

This session includes a 60-minute Prenatal Yoga class for pregnant mothers in their 2nd trimester onwards. It will be led by Kate Alba, a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher under Medicale Yoga.

This will be followed by a 30-minute prenatal yoga massage by Studio Spa. Participants may have the option of extending the service at an additional fee.

Attendees must be cleared by their doctor for physical activity before the session.

A non-refundable downpayment of 50% is required to reserve a slot. Early bird rate is until May 20.
