MLS 1-E: Keepers of Life Code

March 22 — MLS 1E successfully concluded their "𝐀𝐁𝐚𝐊𝐚𝐃𝐚: 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐲𝐨 𝐍𝐠𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐚" outreach program at Guintas Elementary School. The program aims to teach children proper handwashing, hygiene, and literacy education. The elementary students had an interactive handwashing demonstration led by the hosts & MLS 1-E CWTS students. The students also enjoyed a day filled with fun activities such as flashcard reading and games. The initiative is part of MLS-1 E’s ongoing commitment to community development. The initiative aims to equip these young learners with essential life skills. As we should invest in the future, one child at a time.

MLS 1-E students showcased their booth "𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 me 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐔" last December 4, 2024 at the 𝓤𝓷𝓲𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓲𝓽𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓢𝓪𝓷 𝓐𝓰𝓾𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷 - 𝓘𝓵𝓸𝓲𝓵𝓸 during the Gender booth fair with a mission to build confidence and respect for all forms of gender expression.

It is to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can freely explore and 𝓮𝔁𝓹𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓼 their gender.

The booth consisted of sticker, custard tart, photo booth and bracelets made by the Medical Laboratory Science 1-E students.
