JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. A holder of a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
2. A minimum of one year of experience of accounting skill and knowledge.
3. Proven skills in accounting and financial management.
4. Demonstrated ability to work with member - owners.
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
6. Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team.
8. Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
10. Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
11. Demonstrated ability to multi - task and work in a fast - paced office setting.
12. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
