I overcame all the health struggles that once made me think I would be spending all my money in hospitals by the time I reached my 40s.
Back in my 30s, when I used to run and join obstacle races, I always wore knee support because my legs were my biggest weakness. I constantly dealt with muscle spasms, contractions, knee pain, and heavy fatigue in my legs. I relied so much on pain relievers and cheap vitamins, but instead of getting better, things only got worse. I even started feeling sorry for my kidneys.
Now, in my 40s, I’m lifting 80 kg and training without knee support.
It has also been 9 years with no “banyos-banyos” (I hated the smell 😅), no inhalers, and no synthetic drugs—not even Biogesic.
I changed my lifestyle from being dependent on synthetic products to choosing natural alternatives. I truly believe my supplements played a huge role in this transformation and supported my health at the cellular level. But more than anything, it was consistency.
Today, I am healthier than I was yesterday.
The muscle pain I feel after lifting? That’s temporary. It’s part of getting stronger.
What gives me peace now is knowing that I invested in my health before illness came.
