👨‍⚕️ What is Developmental Screening?
It's a check-up done by your Pediatrician to see if your child is developing appropriately for their age. Your Pediatrician will use screening tools/questionnaires to spot problems in development early on.

👩‍⚕️ When should my child be screened?
Screening is recommended at:
✅ 9 months
✅ 18 months
✅ 30 months
✅ Autism screening at 18 and 24 months
✅ Or anytime you have concerns about your child’s development

🧑‍⚕️ Why is early screening valuable?
When developmental issues are noticed early, children can start activities and therapies right away, giving them more opportunities to improve! A child’s brain develops rapidly in the early years, so early support can make a meaningful difference.

Bunyi Children & Maternity Clinic was established on June 1, 1990 by Dr. Nelson Bunyi & the late Dr. Rizalina Camia-Bunyi. It was started and formerly known as St. Jude Children's Clinic and Maternity Lying-in, in honor of St. Jude Thaddeus. This clinic has been in service catering pediatric, obstetric & gynecologic cases for the past 35 years and will continue to serve the community.
