Mobility and flexibility for seniors are two crucial factors for maintaining
independence, enjoying daily activities, and living life to the fullest.

playing with grandkids! It also reduces the risk of falls, keeps joints
healthy, and improves balance and coordination. Plus, regular movement
can boost mood, energy levels, and overall well-being.
If you have arthritis, remember to prioritize pain-free movement.
Don't force any stretches that cause discomfort.
Focus on gentle stretches and hold them for shorter durations.
Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
This can include walking, swimming, cycling, or dancing.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Practice good posture while sitting, standing, and walking.
Wear comfortable shoes with good support.
Be mindful of your environment and remove any obstacles that
could cause you to trip or fall.
Remember, staying mobile and flexible is an ongoing process, but it's one that
empowers you to live a healthier, happier, and more independent life.
