God’s ways are not just right—they are good and best for us. 🙌

Every page of Scripture reveals His wisdom, love, and perfect plan for our lives. But sometimes, we need to pray as the psalmist did:
🙏 “Lord, open my eyes!”

✨ Open my eyes to see the beauty of Your Word.
✨ Open my eyes to understand Your ways are always best.
✨ Open my eyes to trust that Your commands lead to life.

When we truly seek God in His Word, we discover treasures beyond anything this world can offer. His truth brings freedom, joy, and direction. 🔥

📖 “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105

Let’s open His Word today and see the wonderful things He has for us!

15 LESSONS TO LEARN FROM ANTS.

The word of God uses the example of ants to teach us valuable lessons about diligence, wisdom, and preparation. Here are 15 lessons we can learn from ants, inspired by scripture such as Proverbs 6:6-8: "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!"

1. Diligence in work: Ants are hardworking and never idle.
2. Teamwork: Ants work together to accomplish great tasks.
3. Preparation: Ants gather food in summer, planning for future needs.
4. Wisdom in timing: Ants understand the importance of seasons and act accordingly.
5. Persistence: They never give up, regardless of obstacles.
6. Discipline: Ants stay focused on their responsibilities.
7. Selflessness: Ants prioritize the colony over individual needs.
8. Unity: They exhibit harmony and avoid unnecessary conflicts.
9. Leadership by example: Though they have no ruler, ants lead through action.
10. Responsibility: Each ant contributes to the well-being of the community.
11. Resourcefulness: Ants make the most out of their environment.
12. Avoiding laziness: Proverbs highlights their industrious nature as a model to avoid sloth.
13. Humility: Ants remain grounded despite their incredible strength and achievements.
14. Saving and investing wisely: Ants instinctively gather for the future, teaching financial prudence.
15. Living with purpose: Every action of an ant serves a greater purpose.

The ant’s way and it's creation is of great purpose to God to teach us of God’s wisdom in creation, reminding us to live intentionally, work diligently, and prepare for what lies ahead. These lessons are both spiritual and practical for everyday life. And as you meditate on them, I wish you the very best in all you do.

Let us not forget that we have the power to shape the world around us. When darkness surrounds you, remember that you have been called the light of the world and the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13-14). As the light, you illuminate the paths of those in despair, guiding them toward truth and hope. As the salt, you preserve goodness and bring flavor to a world that often feels bland and lifeless. You carry within you the Spirit of Christ, empowering you to act with love, humility, and purpose.

Operate as such—shine brightly, love deeply, and walk boldly in faith—because the world needs the light and the salt now more than ever. Let your life be a testament to His glory and a beacon of hope for others.

Treat people with kindness on your way up because you may cross paths with them again on your way down.

Lead by example—show kindness and respect to everyone, even those who are unkind. Not because they deserve it, but because it reflects who you are.

Kindness is not weakness, and forgiveness does not mean acceptance. It simply means choosing peace over resentment.

Give generously, but set boundaries. Listen with an open heart, but never lose your own voice.

Speak your truth. Holding back the words you need to say can lead to deep regret.

You can’t control how others treat you, but you can control how you respond and who you allow into your life.

Surround yourself with positivity—negative people will never create a positive life. Be mindful of what you tolerate over time.

What you permit will persist. Sometimes, solitude is better than letting negativity steer you away from your true path.

Life is fleeting, so let's make the most of it...

The day starts, and before we know it, it's already evening. Monday rolls around, and suddenly it's Friday. The month slips by, and before we realize it, the year is almost gone. We look back and see that decades have passed—40, 50, 60, even 70 or 80 years—and we realize we've lost loved ones along the way. Time has flown by, and we can't go back.

So, despite everything, let's try to embrace the time we have left. Let's seek out activities that bring us joy and add some color to our sometimes dull routines. Let's take a moment to appreciate the little things that make our hearts feel fuller.

We must continue to find peace in this time we have. Let’s stop putting things off—no more "I'll do it later," "I'll say it later," or "I'll think about it later." We often treat 'later' like it's guaranteed, but the truth is: the coffee gets cold, priorities shift, the magic fades, our health declines, children grow up, parents age, promises are forgotten, days turn into nights... and before we know it, life has passed.

So let’s not wait for 'later.' By putting things off, we risk missing the best moments, the best experiences, and the chance to truly connect with friends and family.

Today is the day. Now is the moment. We no longer have the luxury of time to delay what matters most.

Life may seem like it stretches on forever, but it’s a very short journey. Let’s cherish every bit of it, because time can never be brought back..

A Painful Truth from Nature 🦂💔
After giving birth, a mother scorpion carries her babies on her back to protect them. During this time, she doesn't eat and uses all her energy to keep them safe. As the days go by, she grows weaker, devoting everything she has to ensure her young survive. When the baby scorpions are strong enough, they leave their mother and begin life on their own. By then, she is often exhausted and vulnerable—having sacrificed herself completely for them.
This image of silent sacrifice mirrors what many parents do for their children. From the moment we are born, they give us everything—time, energy, comfort, dreams—asking little in return. And yet, as they grow older and weaker, many are left behind, neglected, or forgotten.
We pursue our own goals, often forgetting those who made them possible.
But life always comes full circle. One day, we too will be where they are now.
Let’s not wait until it’s too late to honor them.
Let’s give them the love and care they gave us—while we still can.

Life is strange. We come with nothing and fight for everything, and in the end, we leave everything and go with nothing.

Life is a fleeting journey, a cycle of gaining and letting go. We arrive with empty hands, yet we spend our days chasing, building, and holding on, as if we can outrun time itself.
We grasp at love, success, and meaning, desperate to make something of the brief moments we are given.

And yet, no matter how much we gather, there comes a day when we must release it all. But perhaps the beauty of life is not in what we keep, but in what we give, in the love we share, the kindness we leave behind, the lives we touch along the way.

Pencil: I'm sorry.

Eraser: For what?

Pencil: I'm sorry that you get hurt because of me. Every time I make a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But with each mistake you fix, you lose a little part of yourself, becoming smaller and smaller.

Eraser: That’s true, but I don’t mind. You see, this is what I was made for—to help you correct your mistakes. Even though I know that one day I’ll be gone, I’m happy to have been there for you. So please, don’t worry. I wouldn’t be happy if I saw you sad.

Reflection:

Our parents are like the eraser, and we are the pencil. They are always there for us, fixing our mistakes, guiding us, and sacrificing for our well-being. Over time, they grow older, and one day, they may no longer be with us.

Moral:

Cherish your parents. Love them, appreciate them, and never take their sacrifices for granted.

The way you treat your mother is the way life will treat you.

A mother is the heart of love and life itself. She embodies unconditional love—a love like no other. Do not judge her. Have you ever taken the time to sit with her, to truly listen to her stories, to understand the life she lived before you came along?

Perhaps she never told you about the struggles she endured, the silent battles she fought, or the scars she carries—scars that reopen every time memories resurface. She may have faced a painful childhood, a difficult youth, moments of loneliness, mistreatment, and hardship. Yet, she chose to keep her pain hidden, not wanting to burden you, not wanting you to see the shadows of her past.

Out of love, she remained silent. Maybe silence became her refuge, her way of protecting herself from reliving the suffering.

Honor her. Treasure her. Treat her with kindness, for she is a gift beyond measure. In doing so, you will invite blessings, peace, joy, stability, and a long, fulfilling life.

And remember, how you treat your mother will reflect in the way others treat you. The love and respect you show will shape the way the world responds to you.

There is only one mother. If you fail to cherish her now, regret may follow you in the years to come. And when sleepless nights come, it won’t be her presence keeping you awake—it will be the weight of your own neglect, the echoes of words unspoken, and the pain of missed chances that refuse to let you rest.

**𝗔 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗱**
I didn’t expect him to stay. He arrived with a small suitcase—two shirts, a pair of slippers, his old leather wallet, and the flannel robe my mom had bought him decades ago.

For the past month, a quiet man, aged 90, has been living in my home. His once strong hands now tremble when he grips his coffee cup, and his once steady steps are slow, careful, as he shuffles across the floor.

He pauses at doorways, as if remembering something before stepping through. He stares out the window for hours, watching the trees sway, whispering stories to someone only he can see.

He smiles at my children, though sometimes he forgets their names. He folds napkins at the dinner table, just as he used to when I was little. He hums songs from old records that haven’t played in years.

He’s not the same man who taught me to ride a bike, who fixed everything with his calloused hands, who carried me on his shoulders when I was small. But he is still my father. And now, for the first time in my life, he needs me more than I need him.

I make his favorite soup, warm his slippers by the fire, and hold his hand when he wakes from restless dreams. I tell him I love him—something I never said enough before.

At first, I was scared. He was always so independent, so strong. But now, I feel only gratitude. For every moment. For every memory. For the chance to give back the love he gave me.

I have gained a son who is 90 years old. And I will care for him, just as he once cared for me.

Dad, stay with me as long as you can. 💖🌻🦋
