PABATID!

Sa bisa ng EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. DHT- 60 Series of 2023, mahigpit na ipinag-uutos ang PAGSUSUOT NG FACE MASK SA LAHAT NG INDOOR SETTINGS, GAYUNDIN SA MGA OUTDOOR AREA kung saan hindi nasusunod ang physical distancing.

Ito’y dahil sa nakababahalang ng mga kaso ng sakit tulad ng sipon, ubo, at pneumonia.

Para sa lahat ng kinauukulan, pinaaalahanang ipatupad ang mga sumusunod na hakbang para sa pag-iwas at pagkontrol ng mga nasabing sakit:

• Ang MANDATORY na pagsusuot ng FACE MASK ay ipapatupad sa mga indoor settings at sa mga outdoor settings kung saan hindi masusunod ang physical distancing.
• AGAD NA MAG-ISOLATE kung makararanas ng mga sintomas na kahalintulad ng trangkaso gaya ng ubo, sipon, pananakit ng lalamunan, o lagnat.
• Bilang panuntunan, ang PAGSUSURI (TESTING) para sa mga pinaghihinalaang kaso at indibidwal na may bahagyang sintomas ay OPSYONAL.

Para naman sa PANGKALAHATANG PUBLIKO, upang matiyak ang minimal local transmission, isagawa ang mga sumusunod na antas ng proteksyon:

• Magsuot ng face mask sa mga pampublikong lugar, ospital, klinika, at mga panloob na lugar kung saan hindi masusunod ang physical distancing.
• Magpa-update ng mga bakuna gaya ng flu vaccine at pneumococcal vaccine.
• Mag-isolate sa sarili kung may nararanasang sintomas.

As flu season approaches, please be reminded to take extra precautions and watch out for influenza-like symptoms, such as:

• fever or chills,
• cough and sore throat,
• runny or stuffy nose,
• body aches or fatigue, and
• headache.

The following are ways to prevent flu and influenza-like illness:

✅ Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
✅ Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
✅ Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
✅ Stay home if you feel unwell.
✅ Drink plenty of water and get enough rest.
✅ Eat healthy foods to boost your immunity.
✅ Always wear a face mask, particularly if in crowded or closed areas.
✅ Visit the school clinic or your healthcare provider if you experience flu-like symptoms.

Please be informed that the regular schedule of dental examinations will proceed as planned. However, students who were originally scheduled on October 13 will be rescheduled.

Please take note that the dental examination is from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. only. Kindly make sure not to miss your assigned schedule.
