Today, we celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, honoring Mary—blessed among women—whom God prepared with a pure and open heart to carry His Son.

Mary reminds us, with her quiet wisdom, that true goodness begins with saying “yes” to God—trusting even when we do not fully understand, and choosing love even in times of difficulty. ✨

This day teaches us that holiness is possible in everyday life—
that we, too, can choose goodness, justice, and compassion amid the challenges of our time.

As we honor Mary, we are called to follow her example:
to be patient, to be kind, and to be a source of comfort for others.
Her motherhood inspires us to protect the young, lift up the weak,
and care for every child with a heart that listens and understands.

🧠 ADHD affects around 3–4% of Filipinos, often starting in childhood and lasting into adulthood. Yet, misunderstanding and stigma still surround it, leading to poor access to care and support.

People with ADHD are often intelligent, creative, and full of energy, they just need the right understanding and guidance to shine.
