Not a shortage, but a wage shortage..

Ano na, Sec. Herbosa? Gagawin mo bang testing ground ang mga pasyente?

Grabe ‘tong proposal na ‘to! Nursing board exam non-passers as temp staff? Hello, buhay ng tao ang pinag-uusapan dito!

Hindi kulang sa nurses, kulang sa respeto sa trabaho nila! 915,000 registered nurses pero di makapagtrabaho kasi naman, sino ba gugustuhin ang sahod na ₱8K-₱13K lang? Kaya ang ending, lipad na lang abroad para sa mas maayos na buhay.

Tapos ito pa: ₱11 billion na gamot, sayang! Dahil hinayaan lang na ma expire! Kung inayos lang ang sistema, baka natulungan na ‘yung mga pasyente na naghihintay ng maayos na serbisyo. Pero ano? Bara-bara solutions na naman ang sagot?

DOH, mag-level up naman! Ayusin niyo sweldo at working conditions para ‘di na kailangan ng shortcuts. Kung hindi kaya, Sec. Herbosa, magpaalam ka na. Sawa na ang mga tao sa “pwede na ‘yan” na solusyon!
