Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Screening Application Guidelines

All interested applicants for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program are required to submit complete screening documents in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.

Required Documents
1. SASE Result (minimum score of 85)
2. SHS Report Card (SF9) with a General Average of at least 85%
3. Polished Curriculum Vitae (CV) with supporting certifications

(The CV must be submitted in PDF format for online submissions.)

A QR code is also provided for easier access to the prescribed CV format.

Applicants are advised to ensure that all requirements are complete, properly arranged, and strictly compliant with the submission instructions.

Failure to follow the prescribed format and guidelines may result in the application not being reviewed.

โ€‹Partial Scholars: 135โ€“139
โ€‹Special Muslim Grantees: 130โ€“134
โ€‹Qualified for AB/BS Programs (Baccalaureate Programs): 80 and above
โ€‹Technology Programs (Terminal Courses Only): 77โ€“79
