With profound sadness, we mourn the passing of our Chief Nurse, Sir Alimudin Andang.

Sir Alimudin was a pillar of strength, compassion, and professionalism in our institution. His unwavering dedication to patient care and his steadfast leadership inspired not only the nursing staff but the entire hospital community. He was not only a remarkable healthcare professional but also a guiding light to many.

His legacy will continue to live on in the lives he touched, the standards he upheld, and the many healthcare workers he mentored.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

DOH CHD SOCCSKSARGEN is thrilled to announce the stellar results of the 2025 Search for Local Government Units (LGUs) with GPH.

The competition was strong, with forty (40) LGU entries received. Twenty-six (26) were certified as Official GPH Entries for CY 2025. And five (5) entries rose above to earn the Excellence in GPH Documentation Award!

A high-level delegation from the Department of Health, led by Asec. Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Engr. Annette B. Tan (Director IV, DOH-HFSRB), Mr. Jose Carlos Sy, Dr. Chesna L. Caรฑoso (OIC-Chief, RLED 12), and personnel from the DOH Regional Licensing and Enforcement Division (RLED) Region 12, visited Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital (SKPH) for an official inspection.

The visit aimed to personally witness the hospitalโ€™s daily operations, with a key focus on the implementation of Governor Datu Pax Ali S. Mangudadatuโ€™s Zero Balance Billing Policyโ€”a landmark initiative that ensures no patient is discharged with a financial burden, reflecting the Governorโ€™s strong commitment to accessible and people-centered healthcare.

SKPH also provides medical services to patients from neighboring areas such as South Cotabato, Maguindanao, and parts of North Cotabato, underscoring its vital role in delivering healthcare support beyond provincial borders.
