Maayong balita para sa mga inbound travelers sa Probinsiya sang Capiz gin dula na ang requirements nga RT-PCR sa pagpauli sa Capiz.

Kinahanglan na lamang mag presentar sang Vaxcert ukon Vaccination Card kag approved spass.

Ini sandig man sa ginpapanaug nga Executive Order ni Governor Nonoy Contreras "Executive Order No. 002-A series of 2022 An Order amending Executive Order Number 002, Prescribing the Implementation of Updated Protocols under Alert Level 3."

Voluntary quarantine for at least 5 days

Partially/unvaccinated
1. Negative RT-PCR result taken within 72 hours before travel
2.Approved TCP issued by s-pass.ph
Voluntary quarantine for at least 5 days

ROF/INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS
Management as stipulated by IATF Resolution 159

Fully Vaccinated
1. Negative RT-PCR taken within 48 hours from other countries
2. BOQ certificate
3. Approved TCP issued by s-pass.ph
Home quarantine of seven days

Partially/Unvaccinated
1. Negative RT-PCR taken within 48 hours before travel from other countries
2. Facility Quarantine for 5 days, Testing on 5th day
3. BOQ Certificate
4. Approved TCP issued by s-pass.ph
Facility quarantine for 24 hours at LGU and Home quarantine to complete 14 days from date of arrival in the Philippines.

ROF/OFW

Good news! By virtue of IATF Resolution no. 159, and in adoption thereof, starting tomorrow, no more fetching of ROFs at the airport and at the Capiz Gym staging area.

For ROFs via Roxas City airport or Culasi Port, after triage/symptom screening, they will be released and maybe fetched by their family, but still recommended for 7 day self monitoring/voluntary quarantine.

For OFWs via OWWA assisted flights, they will still be transported to Capiz Gym Staging area for profiling and triage/symptom screening, then will be released and may be fetched by their families, and will also recommended for 7-day self monitoring/voluntary quarantine.

On NO VACCINATION NO ENTRY POLICY at Batangas Port.

Good day all,

Please be informed that all passengers TO, FROM and WITHIN NCR are not allowed to enter at Batangas port if the passenger is not fully vaccinated. This will take effect immediately.

A person is considered fully vaccinated in any of the following:
1.Two (2) weeks after their second dose in a two dose series such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
2.Two (2) weeks after a single dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.

Advance info.

As per Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), IATF is now implementing new guidelines regarding inbound travellers coming from NCR. All LSIs below 18 years old and non essential travellers will not be allowed to enter the Port of Batangas.
Memo regarding this will be sent as soon as PPA sends an official copy.
