✔ Mataas na lagnat – Biglang pagtaas ng lagnat na tumatagal ng 2–7 araw
✔ Matinding sakit ng ulo – Karaniwan sa noo
✔ Pananakit sa likod ng mata – Parang may pressure sa loob ng ulo
✔ Pananakit ng katawan at kasu-kasuan – Tinatawag ding “breakbone fever” dahil sa matinding sakit
✔ Pamumula o pantal sa balat – Pulang batik o butlig
✔ Pagkahilo at pagsusuka – Pakiramdam na nasusuka o aktwal na pagsusuka
✔ Panghihina at pagkapagod – Pakiramdam na sobrang pagod at walang lakas
