Sulu Provincial Hospital just got a major logistical boost!

A huge thank you to Deputy Speaker MP Atty. Nabil A. Tan for the donation of a brand-new dump truck to the Sulu Provincial Hospital.

This was made possible through the collaboration of District Engineer Ajan S. Ajijul and the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) team.

We also want to express our deep gratitude to Dr. Fahra Tan-Omar, our former PHO II, for her vision and for lobbying for this essential logistical support.

Better equipment means better service for our community. Logistical support is key to keeping our healthcare facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Moving forward together for a healthier Sulu!

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Free Eye Surgery Mission held last February 7–8, 2026, at the Sulu Provincial Hospital.

Thanks to the dedication of our team and our partners, dozens of our Tausug brothers and sisters have been given the gift of clearer sight.

The Impact:

✅ 190 patients screened
✅ 47 successful Cataract operations
✅ 22 Pterygium procedures
✅ 69 lives changed forever!

This mission was made possible through the generous support and funding of the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of MP Atty. Nabil Tan. We also extend our deepest gratitude to Dr. Mohammad Zeid Tungupon for his expert leadership and surgical skill.
