📌 𝐀𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐲𝐩𝐨𝐱?
Ang monkeypox (Mpox) ay isang viral infection na nagdudulot ng pantal, lagnat, at iba pang sintomas. Ito ay kadalasang naipapasa sa pamamagitan ng close contact sa taong may impeksyon o sa mga kontaminadong gamit. Maaari pa rin itong magdulot ng seryosong komplikasyon kung mapapabayaan.

📌 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐲𝐩𝐨𝐱 :
▪️ Lagnat
▪️ Pananakit ng ulo, kalamnan, at likod
▪️ Namamagang kulani
▪️ Rashes o butlig na nagiging paltos at nanunuyo sa kalaunan
▪️ Pagkapagod at pananakit ng katawan

📌 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭?
🔸 Sa pamamagitan ng skin-to-skin contact sa taong may rashes o sugat
🔸 Pagbahagi ng mga personal na gamit (tuwalya, kumot, utensils)
🔸 Respiratory droplets (malapitang pag-uusap, pag-ubo o pagbahing)

📌 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐲𝐩𝐨𝐱 :
✅ Iwasang makipag-close contact sa taong may pantal o may sintomas
✅ Gumamit ng face mask, lalo na sa matataong lugar
✅ Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig o alcohol
✅ Iwasan ang paggamit ng personal na gamit ng iba
✅ Magpakonsulta agad kung nakararanas ng sintomas.
